Thank you for choosing Cloudy Clip as your clipboard manager. We are committed to providing you with a high-quality service that meets your expectations. This refund policy outlines our guidelines for refunds and cancellations.

14-Day Free Trial & Paid Subscription

  • Free Trial: Cloudy Clip offers a 14-day free trial. You can explore and use Cloud Pro features—including cloud sync, clip encryption, advanced search, and pinning—at no cost during this period.
  • Subscription Term: After the free trial ends, your subscription will NOT automatically renew, and you will lose access to Cloudy Clip application unless you explicitly subscribe to one of the paid plans.

Paid Subscription Term & Cancellations

  • Paid Subscription Term: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel.
  • Cancellation Post-Trial: To cancel your subscription, please navigate to the Subscription page in your user dashboard. From there, you can easily cancel your subscription at any time. However, please note that our abuse prevention procedures only allow you to cancel your subscription at least 7 days after the initial payment date.
  • Cancellation Effective Date: Your cancellation will be effective immediately and your access to features will be terminated right away.

Our Refund Policy

  • Prorated Refund: A refund for any unused time on your subscription until the end of the current billing cycle will be issued back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • No Retroactive Refunds: Refunds will not be issued for past billing cycles, even if you were dissatisfied with the service during those periods.

Exceptions

In rare cases—such as severe technical issues that prevented you from using core features—we may, at our discretion, issue a full refund. If you believe you're eligible, please contact us with supporting details.

Additional Considerations

  • No Free Trials: If you subscribed without using the free trial (e.g. via a promo link or referral), standard refund rules apply—no trial reactivation, but prorated refunds are still available as described above.
  • Recurring Charges: Please be aware that your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel. You may adjust your payment method or billing frequency at any time in your user dashboard.
  • Platform Purchases: If you subscribed via Apple App Store or similar platform, refunds and cancellations are handled through their respective systems and follow their policies.
